Five years ago, shortly after deidrecorwyn and I broke up, I found myself signing papers that said I agreed to be responsible for paying a lot of money to Wells Fargo bank in exchange for them letting me drive their car around.
A few days ago, I made the final payment on that loan.
Today, I got the title in the mail.
I’m terribly pleased about this.

ii) Now you and the lass can start putting away some of the money that went to monthly loan payments towards a down-payment for whichever of you is going to need a new car next. (Or on a house?) Aren’t cycles wonderful?
3) I gather pink slip has something to do with paying off the loan? To me it means either a layoff notice or being involuntarily confined for psychiatric treatment. Hopefully you’re not a candidate for either of these last two.
