The mohel (which rhymes with “oil”, so “mohels” sounds like “miles” said with a strong accent) is the guy who actually performs the circumcision at a bris. I assume you’re familiar with the famous saying “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

When it gets a +12 size modifier on its grapple check, trust me, it matters quite a lot.

I’m really having trouble imaging the D&D game where that could be said in character and make sense…
